Before tactical work can commence, detailed project planning must be formalised.
This detailed plan will be presented to Client before the interactive process is launched. This will be delivered in a similar layout to the final project report to ensure ease of reference.
- Main areas of Client /Investor interest are consolidated
- Areas of investigation are defined (eg management dynamics or capabilities, team dynamics)
- Methods of investigation are assigned
- Interview techniques are selected in terms of importance to the project, (ie team interviewing, one to one interviewing, behavioural, technical, capability etc)
- Interview methodologies are established (structured, unstructured, tailored, deliberate etc)
- Research parameters are defined.
Information Transfer
Throughout the planning stage of the process, the Client / Investor will be kept informed of the adopted courses of action to avoid deviation from any preset expectation.
