Taking references on behalf of teams and individuals is essential to complement the interview process. These references will be supplemented with any additional team or individual related information gathered by the adcurata research team.
Timing
References are only taken once all of the interview processes are completed and are used to reinforce the information and conclusions reached by the Consultant responsible for all internal interviewing.
Generally at least two external references will be taken on behalf of each individual. These may be taken from previous employers, current customers or even personal referees.
Expertise
All references will be taken by phone and by the Managing Consultant of the project. They allow for areas of strength, weakness and uncertainty to be explored in more detail to arrive at the most accurate conclusions. These results will be reported separately to all other individual findings during the diligence process.
Report
The final report to be delivered to the Investor / Client will be a thorough document detailing all findings and conclusions.
The document will be indexed for the benefit of the recipient and will cover all aspects of the project identified in the planning stages.

- Areas of organisational weakness

- Conclusions and suggestions.
