Mike Urmston on Why Change Must be Defined and Measurable:

I was really interested in Adcurata as a concept because I think it is not just about going in and saying “this is how you are, you really need to improve”. It is really about working with an organisation through its organisational culture change and to me that is the heart of it.

It is about making culture change relevant to my job as a CFO or CEO – you have got to make something that is quite soft and often woolly (i.e. culture and change) actually really relevant and say “How can we do that? What will it do for your business?” It provides measures around culture.
