In my opinion Adcurata fills a niche – which is very important – and that niche is to go into a company that is failing in some way. It just hasn’t got all the components of success together. Adcurata provides a business diagnostic by going in and saying, “Right what is the problem here? What are the issues preventing things from working as they should?” It seems to me that most of that is around culture. Usually it comes down to the way that people behave.
Organisational culture change always has to come from the top. The leadership is critically important in developing the culture of an organisation. So the thing you have to do is to lead that from the front and you have got to have a clear vision of where you are going, you have got to have a clear strategy and you have to have a set of values and behaviours that are going to drive you there.
